Garuda Yantra · MMXXIV · Chennai, India

Customised to
your employment
model.

One HR platform — attendance, payroll, leave, performance, statutory compliance — configured to fit how your company actually employs people. Not the other way around.

Chapter 01

The premise.

A starting point most platforms refuse to accept.

No two companies employ people the same way.

A factory works in shifts. A retail chain runs by roster. A hospital has on-call rotations. A field-sales team logs hours by GPS. A consulting firm bills by project hour. A school stops for vacations.

Off-the-shelf HR platforms — built for some idealised company that doesn't exist anywhere — make every customer bend. Their opinions become your business processes. We refuse that trade.

Garuda HR is configured to your specifics — your shifts, your leave types, your salary structure, your statutory state, your payroll cycle, your approval chains, your branding. We set it up. You operate it.

Chapter 05

How we get
you live.

Five steps. Cut over only when you're sure.

Onboarding is the product. The configuration, the parallel run, the cutover — not add-ons.

  1. i

    Discovery

A one-hour call. We learn your shift patterns, leave policy, salary structures, statutory profile, approval chains. No demo yet — just listening.

  2. ii

    Configure

Three to five days. We pre-configure a sandbox tenant to your specifics. Your shifts. Your leave types. Your salary breakup. Your approval flows. Your branding.

  3. iii

    Pilot

Two weeks. A subset of employees punches attendance, applies leave, looks at payslips. Real workflow. We iterate on real feedback.

  4. iv

    Parallel run

For one cycle, you run payroll on both Garuda HR and your existing system. Compare line by line. Catch any mismatch. Adjust configuration.

  5. v

    Cutover

Once parallel matches, we cut over. Old system archived. Garuda HR is now production. We stay on call for the first two month-ends.

Chapter 06 · The invitation

Begin.

A demo, a conversation, a configuration walk-through. We listen first — how your shifts run, how you pay, what you file — and then show what fits.
