Garuda HR is sized to fit Indian SMEs of any shape — so a one-size-fits-all sticker price would always be wrong for somebody. We quote per customer based on:

Headcount. How many employees on the platform — the per-employee component scales with your team size.

Modules. Which of the 23 modules you need today (and which add-ons you might want from the next tier).

Setup work. Discovery + configuration + parallel-payroll + cutover. Bigger / more complex businesses need more onboarding hours.

Support level. Email-only vs phone vs priority queue vs dedicated account manager.

Branches & states. Multi-state operations need PT/LWF/holiday-calendar configuration per state — typically rolled into setup.

Custom integrations. Connecting to Zoho, your bank's NEFT format, your payroll outsourcing partner, your existing biometric devices — most are already supported, occasionally we build something new.

Common questions

Why no public price tags?

Because every Indian SME is a different shape — different headcount, different number of branches, different state-mix, different module appetite. Listing one price would always be wrong for somebody. We quote per customer; the same shape always gets the same number from us.

How fast do you turn quotes around?

Within 24 hours of you sharing your headcount, branch count, and module preferences. A 30-minute discovery call usually saves a few rounds of back-and-forth.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Cloud-hosted on Indian-resident infrastructure (Mumbai). Backups, redundancy, SSL, monitoring — all part of the plan. We can offer on-premise installation for Enterprise customers.

Annual or monthly billing?

Annual is the default — predictability for both sides. Monthly available on Enterprise contracts when finance needs OPEX bookkeeping. All in INR; GST extra.

Can I move between plans?

Yes — upgrade any time, downgrade at renewal. Pro-rata applied on upgrades.

What's included in the setup work?

What if I add employees mid-year?

No charge until renewal. We track headcount; the per-employee fee is annualized and billed at the next renewal cycle.
