General shift, night shift, 6am-2pm rotating, 3-shift continuous, week-on-week-off, 4-3-3, 12-hour. We've configured them. The rules engine matches each punch to the right shift, computes lateness against the right start time, and flags overnight shifts so the date attribution is correct.
Sample shift configurations
Late beyond 30 minutes? Half-day. Three late marks in a month? Auto-mail to manager. Absent without leave? Mark loss-of-pay. Birthday today? Grant 30 event-minutes credit. All of it configurable. None of it manual.
